SCAIR serves nine California counties through our San Diego and Ventura offices. Each program has its own eligibility requirements, but most are open to enrolled members of federally recognized tribes, California Indian Judgment Rolls, Alaska Native Corporations, and Native Hawaiians who live within our service area.
