SCAIR proudly collaborates with the University of San Diego and San Diego State University to provide comprehensive clinical mental health counseling services for adults, youth, couples, and families. Located within our San Diego Headquarters, the SCAIR Counseling Center is staffed by dedicated full-time counselors and trained counseling interns, all supervised by our Licensed Clinical Supervisor. Counseling services are available to other counties within SCAIR's service region pending availability.
Our team offers individual and group counseling sessions, workshops, and talking circles, addressing a range of topics including depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma.
Mental Health Counseling Services for youth and adults enrolled in SCAIR programs are provided through tele-med and in-person, by appointment and availability.
